Die gro\u00dfe Vielfalt an Eigentumsvertr\u00e4gen und Ausnahmen macht die Verwaltung so vieler unterschiedlicher Vertr\u00e4ge nahezu unm\u00f6glich und dar\u00fcber hinaus sehr arbeitsintensiv und damit kostspielig. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aus diesem Grund wurde an einem einheitlichen Rahmenvertrag und sechs neuen Nutzungsmodellen gearbeitet, die Ihnen \u00dcbersichtlichkeit, Klarheit und Transparenz bieten. Dieser neue Rahmenvertrag wurde in sorgf\u00e4ltiger Abstimmung mit einer Vertretung von Eigent\u00fcmern entwickelt, wobei viele wertvolle R\u00fcckmeldungen ber\u00fccksichtigt wurden. Das Ziel dieser Neuerung ist es, Ihre Sicherheit als Eigent\u00fcmer zu maximieren und dabei eine ausgewogene Balance zwischen den Rechten und Pflichten beider Parteien zu schaffen.
