Es gibt jedoch einige wichtige Unterschiede und Vorteile: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stabilere Vermietungseinnahmen: Bei einem BEX-Vertrag erhalten Sie Einnahmen aus Ihrer eigenen Ferienwohnung, bei Rental Ownership ist Ihre Ferienwohnung Teil des Vermietungspools und das Risiko wird gestreut. Sie erhalten keine Rechnung mehr f\u00fcr die enthaltenen Dienstleistungen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kein Kostenrisiko: Sie legen den Rental Ownership-Prozentsatz f\u00fcr die Laufzeit des Vertrags fest. Das bedeutet, dass Sie keine Nachteile haben, wenn die Preise in Ihrem Park steigen. Der Rental Ownership-Prozentsatz wird nicht zwischenzeitlich angepasst.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexiblere Eigennutzung: Die Eigennutzung Ihrer Ferienwohnung hat keinen Einfluss mehr auf Ihr Ergebnis (bis zu 105 Punkten). Bei der aktuellen BEX-Vereinbarung bedeutet Eigennutzung, dass Sie die Ferienwohnung von Buchungen ausschlie\u00dfen. Da beim Rental Ownership-Modell die Vermietung \u00fcber den Vermietungspool l\u00e4uft, hat dies grunds\u00e4tzlich Nachteile f\u00fcr Sie.
