Ihre festen Vermietungsertr\u00e4ge werden einmal j\u00e4hrlich, im letzten Quartal (Q4), direkt mit Ihrer Jahresrechnung f\u00fcr die Kosten des kommenden Jahres verrechnet. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rental Ownership: Sie erhalten Ihre variable Verg\u00fctung aus dem Vermietungspool j\u00e4hrlich, sp\u00e4testens am letzten Werktag des Januars des auf das Vermietungsjahr folgenden Jahres.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investment Ownership: Sie erhalten Ihre feste, garantierte Mieteinnahme in vier gleichen Raten, jeweils sp\u00e4testens am letzten Werktag des Monats, der auf das abgelaufene Quartal folgt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holiday Ownership: Sie erhalten keine finanziellen Einnahmen, sondern eine j\u00e4hrliche Auszahlung Ihres Urlaubsguthabens.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Active Ownership: Wenn EuroParcs eine Buchung f\u00fcr Sie vorgenommen hat, wird die Mieteinnahmen monatlich ausgezahlt, sp\u00e4testens einen Monat nach Ablauf des Monats, in dem die Vermietung stattgefunden hat.
