Da Ihre Immobilie Teil des Vermietungspools ist, ist die Eigennutzung grunds\u00e4tzlich auf f\u00fcnf Wochen pro Jahr begrenzt. Allerdings sind nicht alle Wochen gleich: Die erwarteten Einnahmen in der Hochsaison sind bis zu siebenmal h\u00f6her als in der Nebensaison. Daher unterscheiden wir zwischen Hochsaison-, Zwischensaison- und Nebensaison wochen.    <\/p>\n<p data-v-91d338a8=\"\">Eine Nacht in der Nebensaison entspricht 1 Punkt, eine Nacht in der Zwischensaison 3 Punkten und eine Nacht in der Hochsaison 7 Punkten. Sie erhalten 105 Punkte, die Sie flexibel einsetzen k\u00f6nnen. Diese Punkte k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise f\u00fcr 1 Woche in der Hochsaison, 2 Wochen in der Zwischensaison und 2 Wochen in der Nebensaison eingel\u00f6st werden. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen Sie sich auch f\u00fcr 2 Wochen Zwischensaison und 9 Wochen Nebensaison entscheiden.   <\/p>\n<p data-v-91d338a8=\"\">Wenn Sie Ihre Aufenthalte haupts\u00e4chlich in der Nebensaison planen, k\u00f6nnen Sie bis zu 90 N\u00e4chte pro Jahr in Ihrer Ferienimmobilie verbringen. Diese Begrenzung dient dazu, eine m\u00f6gliche Zweitwohnsitzsteuer zu vermeiden.<br \/>Wenn Sie Ihre Immobilie \u00fcberwiegend in der Hochsaison nutzen, ist die Eigennutzung auf etwa 2 Wochen pro Jahr begrenzt. So gew\u00e4hrleisten wir gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6gliche Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Sie, ohne die Vermietungspool und deren Ertr\u00e4ge negativ zu beeinflussen.   <\/p>\n<p data-v-91d338a8=\"\">Die Einteilung der Saisonwochen wird j\u00e4hrlich f\u00fcr die kommenden zwei Jahre ver\u00f6ffentlicht, sodass Sie stets Planungssicherheit haben.<br \/>Sollte Ihr Bedarf an Eigennutzung h\u00f6her sein, k\u00f6nnen Sie zus\u00e4tzliche Punkte mit einem Rabatt von 50 % erwerben. Ihre Immobilie k\u00f6nnen Sie dann ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Pr\u00e4ferenzgeb\u00fchren buchen.
