Mit dem Rental Ownership-Modell entfallen die j\u00e4hrlichen Fixkosten (ausgenommen eventuelle Mietgrundst\u00fccks- oder Erbpachtgeb\u00fchren). Zus\u00e4tzlich erhalten Sie einen Anteil an den Mieteinnahmen. Diese Einnahmen sind geringer als beim vollst\u00e4ndig variablen Modell, wie dem Active Ownership.<br\/>Der gro\u00dfe Vorteil von Rental Ownership besteht darin, dass Sie ab der ersten Buchung im Jahr Einnahmen erzielen \u2013 ohne zun\u00e4chst Ihre Kosten decken zu m\u00fcssen.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben den Mieteinnahmen erhalten Sie 105 Punkte, die Sie f\u00fcr die Eigennutzung einsetzen k\u00f6nnen. F\u00fcr N\u00e4chte in der Nebensaison ben\u00f6tigen Sie 1 Punkt pro Nacht, in der Zwischensaison 3 Punkte und in der Hochsaison 7 Punkte. Mit 105 Punkten k\u00f6nnen Sie beispielsweise 2 Wochen in der Nebensaison, 2 Wochen in der Zwischensaison und 1 Woche in der Hochsaison in Ihrer eigenen Immobilie \u00fcbernachten.
