These rates were not always in line with the actual value of the plot. To create a transparent and consistent system for all owners, the rent is now based on a fixed percentage of the plot value.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plot value is determined based on the sale prices of comparable, recently sold plots at the relevant resort.
