Your fixed rental income will be settled once a year, in the last quarter (Q4), directly against your annual invoice for the costs of the coming year. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rental Ownership: you will receive your variable remuneration from the rental pool annually, no later than the last working day of January of the year following the rental year.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investment Ownership: you will receive your fixed, guaranteed rental income in four equal instalments, each no later than the last working day of the month following the past quarter.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holiday Ownership: you will not receive any financial income, but an annual payment of your Holiday Credit.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Active Ownership: if EuroParcs has made a booking for you, the rental income is paid out monthly, no later than one month after the end of the month in which the rental took place.
