This is done to give you a transparent overview of the services and their associated value. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on your chosen user model, payment of these costs will be processed as follows:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You pay the costs: for models such as Personal Ownership and Active Ownership, the annual statement shows the costs you have to pay.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The costs are settled: with Premium Ownership, the costs on the annual statement are settled directly against your guaranteed rental income.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The costs are \u20ac0: for models such as Rental, Investment and Holiday Ownership, the costs for the mandatory service packages are set at \u20ac0 in return.
