It is possible that a property has historically generated higher rental revenue than projected in this offer. In many cases, this is coincidental\u2014for example, due to an extended booking during peak season. Under the new arrangement, such effects are averaged across all holiday homes in the pool. The total sum of all properties in the rental pool corresponds to the park budget.
