This results in fewer days remaining vacant, higher occupancy rates, and increased income for owners. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cancellation of a booking or an unexpected reason why a property is temporarily unavailable for rent, such as maintenance, is absorbed by the pool, reducing the risk for owners.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everyone knows where they stand, because each participant receives a share of the pool based on the characteristics of their property, such as location, type, view, facilities, etc. The rental pool also offers more predictability than individual rental contracts, because fluctuations at pool level are smaller than for individual properties. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Rental Ownership user model also offers more flexibility with regard to personal use.
