In addition, you receive a share of the rental income. This income is lower than with the fully variable model, such as Active Ownership. The major advantage of Rental Ownership is that you start earning from the very first booking of the year\u2014without having to cover your costs first.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to your rental income, you receive 105 points that can be used for personal stays. Low-season nights cost 1 point per night, shoulder-season nights cost 3 points, and peak-season nights cost 7 points. With 105 points, you could, for example, stay 2 weeks in the low season, 2 weeks in the shoulder season, and 1 week in the peak season in your own property.
