Premium Ownership

Premium Ownership

  • You primarily use the property yourself
  • Several weeks per year are rented out; you record this annually
  • The net rental income is deducted from your annual statement
  • The number of rental weeks may be adjusted annually

Would you like to spend a lot of time in your vacation home yourself and at the same time reduce costs by renting out your property during the high season? You can do that with Premium Ownership.

Every year we will send you a rental calendar with an overview of the high season weeks. You rent your property for a minimum of 2 weeks in the peak season and can extend this to a maximum of 8 consecutive weeks. Using this calendar, you indicate when you make your vacation rental available to EuroParcs for rent. You will receive a flat fee for this. The rental risk lies with EuroParcs.

How does offering rental weeks work?

Step 1: You will receive an annual invitation from EuroParcs to indicate the desired high season weeks for the coming rental year.

Step 2: You indicate your desired high season weeks for the coming year before 1 December. We start with the two weeks with the highest tourist demand: the last week of July and the first week of August. You can then add subsequent high season weeks as desired.

Step 3: After 1 December, we assess the rates and calculate for you what your guaranteed rental income will be. This amounts to 50% of the net rental amount according to the rates on our website on 1 November. EuroParcs bears the risk, regardless of whether your home is rented out or not.

Step 4: You will receive your annual invoice on 1 January. On this invoice, you will immediately see the guaranteed rental income processed. This income is immediately applied as a discount, even before the actual rental takes place in the summer.

Step 5: If your holiday home can be rented out for additional weeks during the year, you will receive an additional offer from EuroParcs.
