With the Investment Ownership model, your holiday home is rented out year-round to EuroParcs guests. The rental income fully covers your annual fixed costs (excluding municipal taxes, insurance, and any plot rent or leasehold fees). In addition, you receive a guaranteed return from the rental.
At the end of the contract term, you’ll receive a new Personal Offer and can choose to renew your contract or switch to a different usage model.

Investment Ownership does not include personal use and is therefore intended for owners who no longer wish to use their property themselves, but instead opt for financial return.
