You are in full control of your rental journey, attracting guests yourself through your own promotional activities. In recent years, we have seen that some of our owners achieve significant returns in this way, although this model naturally also involves risks. However, you are not alone, as you can rely on EuroParcs’ expertise and the professional reception of your guests.

Each year, you buy out EuroParcs’ rental commission for a fixed amount. You then receive 100% of the rental income, after deduction of service costs such as cleaning. This means there is more risk if rental performance is disappointing, but you benefit more from your own entrepreneurship when things go well. Therefore, this model is particularly suitable for owners with experience in renting out holiday homes themselves. If you do not expect to significantly increase your rental revenue by attracting guests yourself, we recommend choosing a different model.
